Shotgun Space was a contemporary art gallery that was founded in Summer 2007 by Ian Hunter and Star Rosencrans. With an emphasis on the exhibition of photographic work, Shotgun sought to bring a new community of artists and their innovative work to the fore. At least for the year we were open, anyhow.

Shotgun Space was located at Capitol Studios, alongside DRKRM Gallery and Another Year in LA, in the heart of Los Angeles' Cypress Park, just south of Eagle Rock, north of Dodger Stadium, west of Highland Park, and northeast of Silver Lake.

While we may not have a physical space presently, we do have other plans, and we're always interested in seeing new work. Particularly, photographic work. Please email us with submission enquiries.
